Celles-ci porte sur le thème de la rencontre : «La rationalisation de l’espace politique sénégalais».
Parmi les recommandations de Nzouankeu, il y a la suppression des coalitions et le retour du régime présidentiel, «qui implique la suppression du poste de Premier ministre».
