La mort du pêcheur sénégalais Fallou Diakhaté tué par des garde-côtes mauritaniennes a suscité l’émoi et l’indignation des autorités sénégalaises. Le président Macky Sall depuis Addis Abeba, où se tient la rencontre des sommets de l’UA a interpellé son homologue mauritanien Abdel Aziz demandant que la lumière soit faite sur cette affaire.
Mais ce n’est pas tout, puisque le Sénégal a décidé dorénavant de déployer un navire de guerre sur les côtes mauritaniennes pour éviter que pareille bavure sur ces citoyens ne se reproduise plus.
Hier lundi, les pêcheurs de Guet Ndar en solidarité avec leur homologué tué avait semé la violence, en s’en prenant aux mauritaniens de Saint-Louis.
