Muni d’un certificat médical attestant une interruption temporaire de travail de 15 jours, Babacar Sow a porté plainte contre Boy Santos.
Selon la police, le mis en cause détenait 36 cornets de chanvre indien lors de son arrestation. Poursuivi pour coups et blessures volontaires, détention illégale d’arme et offre ou cession de drogue, Babacar Sow a été condamné à trois mois de prison ferme pour le premier délit énuméré. Il devra cependant, payer à la partie civile la somme de 37.000 FCfa en guise de dommage et intérêts.
