Paternité AIBD : «Macky Sall alors PM n’a à aucun moment diligenté ou supervisé les travaux à la place du ministre de l’époque» Souleymane Ndéné Ndiaye

La paternité de l’idée de la création de l’Aéroport International Blaise Diagne  suscite un débat. Et libéraux comme socialistes rivalisent d’arguments. Cela exacerbée par la sortie du ministre des transports aériens Maimouna Ndoye Seck, qui avait indiqué que Wade a juste posé la première pierre. Pour Souleymane Ndéné Ndiaye, ancien Premier ministre de Wade, Maimouna Ndoye Seck s’est tout simplement trompée.

« Le ministre des Transports Aériens, Mme Maimouna Ndoye Seck a affirmé aujourd’hui que le Président Abdoulaye Wade a juste posé la première pierre de l’aéroport qu’il baptisa plus tard Aéroport International Blaise Diagne, prétendant que l’ouvrage est réalisé par le Président Macky Sall.  Mme Maimouna Ndoye Seck s’est trompée. Et son erreur est d’autant plus impardonnable qu’elle a travaillé comme Conseillère du PM Macky Sall sous le magistère du Pdt Wade, et en tant que tel, elle ne peut ignorer que Tout puissant PM qu’on puisse être, on ne gère jamais les départements ministériels à la place des ministres » a-t-il d’abord rectifié.

Souleymane Ndéné Ndiaye de préciser par ailleurs, que même s’il est vrai que le Président Macky Sall était PM au moment de la pose de la première pierre de l’aéroport de Diass, baptisé AIBD, il n’a à aucun moment diligenté ou supervisé les travaux à la place du ministre de l’époque et du chargé du projet.
