Un vieux de 65 ans viole une fille de 11 ans qui meurt

Dame Ndiaye, 65 ans est accusé d’avoir violé un fillette de 11 ans. Il est poursuivi pour viol sur mineure ayant entraîné la mort et pédophilie. La Chambre  criminelle va donner son verdict le 02 janvier prochain.

Selon l’Observateur, à la barre le vieux de 65 ans a démenti les accusations .

Les faits remontent en juillet 2012. A.D, une fillette, qui a quitté son village pour travailler, est interpellé par Dame Ndiaye pour une commission. A son retour, la fillette de 13 ans est déshabillée de force par Dame Ndiaye, qui a comme objectif de satisfaire sa libido sur l’innocente.

C’est ainsi, qu’il pénètre A.D par voie anale et vaginale.Le lendemain, la fillette retourne avec peine à son travail mais, sa patronne constate que son employé est anormale. Cette dernière la questionne mais, comme réponse, la petite s’évanouit.

Évacuée, la fillette de 13 ans, se confie au médecin qui l’interroge sur son lit d’hôpital. Elle rend l’âme quelques temps après.

  6. The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

  8. If you’re still on the fence: grab your favorite earphones, head down to a Best Buy and ask to plug them into a Zune then an iPod and see which one sounds better to you, and which interface makes you smile more. Then you’ll know which is right for you.
