Selon les Agents de renseignements infiltrés (ARI) d’Actunet.net, le désormais ex-DG de la Sapco aurait procédé ce jeudi 4 janvier 2018 à la signature de quelque 5 Contrats à durée indéterminée (CDI).
Ces contrats qui dateraient du mercredi 3 janvier 2018 coïncident bizarrement avec le jour de son limogeage. Quid de la validité de ces contrats dont ses proches seraient les principaux bénéficiaires ? En tout cas, selon nos sources aux longues oreilles, cette mesure aurait été prise à l’insu du Directeur des ressources humaines (DRH) qui est en congé du 2 au 30 janvier 2018.
Pis, selon toujours nos sources, des actes de transmission desdits contrats auraient été acheminés en catimini à l’inspection du travail de Dakar et à celle de Thiès. Nos indicateurs sont restés toutefois muets sur le cas de deux prestataires de services qui étaient gracieusement payés par la boite.
Ces derniers qui seraient rémunérés à hauteur de 900 mille et 1 million CFA, font-ils partie des heureux bénéficiaires des CDI qui auraient été distribués par l’ex-DG de la boîte avant son départ ? Mystère et boule de gomme.
À toutes fins utiles, la Redaction de Actunet.net a tenté de joindre Bocar Ly pour recueillir sa version des faits, mais son portable sonnait dans le vide.
