A moins d’un report, Assane Diouf fera face au juge le 6 mars prochain selon le journal En Quête.
Assane Diouf est en détention préventive depuis le 28 novembre 2018 après avoir été cueilli par la Division des investigations criminelles (Dic) sur instruction du Procureur de la République pour des propos diffamatoires envers le porte-parole des mourides Serigne Bass Abou Khadre.
Il y a quelques jours, la femme de l’insulteur public n°1 de l’Etat du Sénégal, Assane Diouf, Malika était très remonté contre le président du Sénégal, Macky Sall et le doyen des juges, Samba Sall qui, selon, elle, lui auraient interdit de voir son mari emprisonné depuis des mois par faute de papiers (extrait de naissance de leur enfant).
D’ailleurs, un sit-in est prévu aujourd’hui mardi 6 février devant l’ambassade des Etats-Unis à Dakar. Le préfet de Dakar a autorisé la demande de sit-in prévu ce mardi 13 février à la femme de Assane Diouf. Ce sera devant l’ambassade des Etats-Unis. Ainsi, les pro Assane Diouf vont protester contre la détention arbitraire de Assane Diouf et le refus du juge d’accorder un permis de visite aux proches de Assane Diouf, surtout à sa femme.
