En 2010, j’ai sollicité l’avis d’Abdoulaye Wade, en 2012, Macky Sall m’en a parlé et l’a sollicité”, a-t-il expliqué à la barre.
Khalifa a aussi parlé des pièces justificatives des décaissements effectués sur la Caisse. Mais c’est pour dire que “tout ce qui a été demandé est réglé en espèces. Il en est de même pour les autres manifestations, notamment la célébration du 4 avril et les visites de chefs d’État étrangers. La nature juridique des fonds politiques demande de la discrétion, c’est-à-dire de ne pas justifier les décaissements”, a clairement dit le Maire de Dakar.
