Décision du juge Lamotte – Me Ousseynou Fall exclu du procès

Me Ousseynou Fall, l’un des avocats qui assurent la défense de Khalifa Sall  est désormais exclu du procès de maire  de Dakar qui est à son 11ème  jour ce jeudi . Pour prendre une telle mesure  contre Me Fall, le président Lamotte a essuyé  de vertes critiques de ce dernier  au motif qu’il lui a refusé la parole.  Le juge Lamotte  a  reconnu que la mesure  n’allait pas  plaire aux avocats mais qu’il a été obligé de  le prendre. Avec cette exclusion,   Me Ousseynou Fall  devient le second avocat après Me Elhadji Diouf à être écarté du procès de Khaf.
