Le maire de Dakar et ses avocats qui invoquaient le caractère politique des fonds de la caisse d’avance pour se défendre, ont changé de stratégie ce lundi. Citant des projets de la mairie, Khalifa et sa défense accusent l’Etat d’avoir obstrué le chemin du maire vers la réalisation d’ambitieux projets pour les habitants de Dakar. C’est ainsi que Khalifa Sall et sa défense ont cité le projet de revêtement des stades municipaux de gazon synthétique, les ordures, le pavage des rues qui sont autant de projets selon le maire de Dakar qui ont été torpillés par l’Etat qui a crée le ministère du renouveau urbain pour mieux lui mettre les bâtons dans les roues.
