départemental de Thiès.
Poursuivant, il dit que «le contexte de la signature de cet Accord, n’a pas été serein. En effet, la signature de cet important Accord bilatéral s’est faite dans la précipitation, dans l’urgence et dans l’émotion. Selon eux, «cela ne protège pas les intérêts des 15 millions de Sénégalais sauf ceux d’entre eux : vous-
