L’ancien promoteur de lutte Alioune Petit Mbaye sera jugé ce mardi devant le tribunal correctionnel. Il est poursuivi pour escroquerie présumé. Le différend l’oppose à la Sonatel et à la Cbao.
Selon Enquête, qui donne l’information, l’affaire a été enrôlée le 27 février, mais sera renvoyée du fait que les parties civiles n’avaient pas été citées.
Affaire des 40 millions…
Le journal rappelle que l’ex-patron d’Action 2000, organisatrice de grands combats de lutte entre le milieu des années 1990 et le début des années 2000, avait été condamné en 2009 pour des faits presque similaires. En effet, il a été reconnu coupable d’escroquerie et de détournements de deniers publics. Il avait écopé de deux ans de prison ferme assortis d’un mandat d’arrêt et de la confiscation de ses biens.
Revisitant l’affaire, Enquête signale que les faits incriminés remontent à 2007, après le combat Bombardier-Tyson. Petit Mbaye «avait bénéficié de la Sonatel d’un fonds de sponsoring avec une attestation qu’il devait présenter à la Caisse nationale de crédit agricole (Cnca) pour entrer en possession de ses sous».
