14. No I have used the Rain-X for years and no problems. Here in Texas the sunshine does more damage along with dirt that most people do not wipe off of the wiper blades. I wipe the blade with a paper towl after I use like the wash/squeege at the filling station that way the wiper blades get cleaned too.
