12. Det er noen svakheter med denne studien som det er verdt å nevne. Blant annet er den gjort på utrente. Utrente vil så fremt de ikke trener med veldig mange repetisjoner få gode økninger i styrke uansett hvordan de trener.

16. I was going to mention the Russell book. It’s good but quite biased and misrepresentative at times, especially of philosophers Russell is not a fan of. If you like philosophy, just randomly flipping through some philosophy encyclopedias/dictionaries can be quite fun and a good starting point to look at primary texts. Oxford Companion to Philosophy.The Cambridge Dictionary of Philosophy.Any philosophy anthology from the pre-Socratics up to Donald Davidson, Putnam or whoever would be good, too.
