  1. Thanks so much Kylie! But you know the opposite is also true… having only really used traditional media I find I’m somewhat of a “fish out of water” when it comes to using digital media.   5. Peter Joseph’s really opened my mind and I agree with pretty much everything he says, but there’s one thing that confuses me. He says people’s behaviour is all based on their culture. How would you explain someone like Jeffrey Dahmer, who was never beaten by his family and never a witness to murder or extreme violence? Maybe I haven’t completely understood his point. If so, could someone explain?

  7. Another thing I’ve really noticed is the fact that for many people, a bad credit score is the results of circumstances over and above their control. By way of example they may be really saddled through an illness so they really have more bills for collections. Maybe it’s due to a occupation loss or even the inability to go to work. What cream – in Australia you can use cream, whipping cream or thickened cream, you can also use double cream but you do not need to so you might as well save your money. In the US what you need is called heavy cream.

  14. I think the e-reader is a re-reader. I agree about the physical attractions of books but to be able to take either books I already know or own or undemanding detective stories on holiday in this form still appeals to me.But I want it Mac compatible and I am so superficial that I want a silver one in a black case and i don’t care about how many per family – I would buy one for myself. And I don’t think it’s too expensive either. iPods, which I definitely don’t want are £100 – £200 and don’t come with any music unlike the e-book, with the 100 or so books on it.
