L’entraîneur du Real Madrid Zinédine Zidane, dont l’équipe semble traverser une mauvaise passe, a confirmé mercredi avoir signé sa prolongation de contrat jusqu’en 2020 avec le club merengue, cinq mois après avoir lui-même officialisé cet accord l’été dernier.
«C’est signé», a déclaré le technicien français en conférence de presse après un match nul contre Numancia (2-2) en Coupe du Roi. Interrogé pour savoir si le terme de son bail avait été fixé à 2020, comme le rapportait la presse espagnole, Zidane a répondu par l’affirmative.
Zidane a d’ailleurs souligné mercredi que ce contrat à long terme ne lui garantissait rien pour l’avenir et qu’il restait concentré sur le présent. «J’avance comme toujours, match après match, saison après saison», a dit l’ancien meneur de jeu du Real et de l’équipe de France.
