Les raisons évoquées sont multiples. “Un tuyau cassé, un problème électricité, des travaux de maintenance…”
Mais la principale cause, indique le journal, c’est que désormais, la société française est devenue impitoyable face au factures impayées et autres types d’arriérées. Lors de la semaine écoulée, poursuit-on, les coupures avaient connu un débit tellement haut que la Direction générale a été obligée, suite à des réactions et avis recueillis, de transmettre une note de service à des directions régionales, avec comme instruction de suspendre provisoirement les débranchements de compteurs et autres méthodes de représailles. Selon une source établie à la Sde, la Direction craignait et voulait ainsi éviter des “émeutes de l’eau”.
