Les syndicalistes du secteur de la Santé ne sont contents du gouvernement.
Alors qu’ils s’attendaient hier lundi à la concrétisation des pourparlers entamés le mois dernier, ils ont dû faire face à l’absence remarquée de celui qui les avait conduits. A la place du Premier ministre, Mouhamed Boun Abdalah DIONNE, c’est le ministre du Renouveau urbain, Diene Farba SARR qui s’est présenté. Un ministre qui n’a pas grand-chose à voir avec leurs points de revendication.
Une absence du chef du gouvernement qui a eu le mérite d’abréger la réunion. Une situation que Mballo Dia THIAM, secrétaire général du Syndicat unique des travailleurs de la Santé et de l’Action sociale (SUSTAS) et le Dr Boly DIOP, secrétaire général du Syndicat des médecins du Sénégal (SAMES), n’ont pas manqué de fustiger. D’autant qu’ils n’ont même pas été informés de l’absence du PM. «En tant que syndicat responsable, on est resté pour écouter le gouvernement. Mais l’objectif a été dévoyé dès le début de la réunion parce qu’il était question de venir écouter le gouvernement et faire des propositions de sortie de crise. (…) Le Premier ministre étant absent, on ne pouvait pas avancer sur certaines questions. Des réunions techniques ont été tenues avec les ministères sectoriels donc, aujourd’hui (ce lundi), il était du ressort du Premier ministre de venir concrétiser certains accords. C’est pour cela quand nous avons fait l’évaluation au niveau du SAMES, nous avons constaté que sur les 7 questions qui étaient inscrites à l’ordre du jour, deux n’ont pas connu d’avancées significatives. C’est le statu quo toujours, mais les 5 sont dans le processus alors que nous demandons que le gouvernement matérialise les accords. On est resté 4 ans après la signature des accords à courir derrière la matérialisation. Nous pensions que notre souffrance aller être allégées, mais, on est toujours dans le processus et c’est regrettable », a dénoncé Dr Boly DIOP.
