La Commission Orientations et Stratégies (Cos-M23) a tenu ce samedi 25 mars 2018 un rassemblement à la place de l’Obélisque en marge de la commémoration du 6ème anniversaire de l’accession du Président Macky Sall à la magistrature suprême. Selon Abdourahmane Sow, le président de la Cos-M23, la gestion politique du Sénégal est marquée par « une démocratie des vainqueurs » qui ne privilégie que les proches et partisans du Président Macky Sall qui s’accaparent de toutes les richesses du pays. Dans la foulée, il annonce une intensification de la lutte pour dire non au système de parrainage, au tripatouillage constitutionnel et à l’éviction sans condition du ministre Aly Ngouille Ndiaye du processus électoral entre autres.
