Je remercie beaucoup mes supporters. Cette mobilisation prouve encore ma fierté d’être un enfant de la Médina, un sérère, un troisième Tigre de Fass. Ce combat est capital pour Dakar ainsi que Fass. Les 12 «Penc» de Dakar sont derrière moi. Ils sont tous impliqués dans ce combat. Beaucoup vont s’interroger sur ma présence chez le marabout Serigne Moustapha Sy Djamil. J’avais l’habitude d’y passer deux jours avant mon combat. C’est les contraintes de temps. Je présente mes excuses auprès de mes supporters qui n’ont pas eu la chance d’assister à mon Touss. Cette mobilisation reste une motivation pour moi. Je l’ai dit et répété, je n’ai pas de supporters, j’ai des frères. Nous avons grandi ensemble. Je suis fier d’eux.
