La question se pose à la suite de la décision de la société civile de faire front commun avec l’opposition pour empêcher la modification de laconstitution Rechercher constitution voulue par le régime, comme constaté par KOACI.COM.
Réunies autour d’un collectif, des organisations de la société civile ont appelé le gouvernement à surseoir à l’examen du projet de loi portant sur le parrainage. Ce, compte tenu du climat délétère, accentué par une sorte de radicalisation sur des positions entre la mouvance présidentielle et les partis de l’opposition.
Lé projet de loi déposé par le gouvernement sénégalais entend limiter l’inflation de candidats selon le régime. Mais pour l’oppositionMacky Sall Rechercher Macky Sall vise à écarter des adversaires.
À les en croire ce modification fera que être candidat nécessiterait désormais d’être inscrit au préalable sur les listes électorales.

Comme ils l’avaient le 23 juin 2011 quand l’ancien Président Abdoulaye Wade a voulu modifier laconstitution Rechercher constitution .
