Dans un entretien avec le journal L’Observateur, le Premier ministre Mouhamed Boun Abdallah Dionne affirmait sans nuance : “le 20 juillet, la situation de déficit (d’eau à Dakar) sera derrière nous”. Son ministre de l’Hydraulique Mansour Faye n’est apparement pas sur la même longueur d’onde que lui. Le beau-frère du Président parie sur une fin dudit déficit en septembre.
Les populations dakaroises devront encore prendre leur soif en patience. L’Oasis que le Premier ministre leur faisait miroiter pour le 20 juillet a été repoussé de près de deux mois par le ministre de l’Hydraulique Mansour Faye.
Même si le beau-frère du Président Macky Sall assure qu’une partie du problème sera réglée d’ici la date avancée par son patron, il annonce la fin du calvaire pour fin septembre.
“La situation va beaucoup s’atténuer à partir du 20 juillet au plus tard. Le même agenda va se poursuivre pour le mois d’août. Il y a des forages qui sont terminés, mais qui sont en cours d’équipement à tassette? Ce qui va nous permettre de mobiliser encore un volume assez important, qui sera injecté au niveau de Thiès pour être effectivement refoulé sur Dakar. (…) Et la deuxième phase de Bayakh, c’est-à-dire les forages de Thieudeme, sera mise en oeuvre au plus tard au mois de septembre. Donc, c’est pour dire que le déficit actuellement constaté sera largement couvert et dépassé au plus tard en fin septembre”, a déclaré Mansour Faye dans les colonnes de L’Observateur.
Le ministre se dit conscient de la souffrance des populations de Dakar qui “non seulement dépensent beaucoup d’argent, mais également beaucoup d’énergie”, pour s’approvisionner en eau. Raison pour laquelle ses services “travaillent 24h/24 sur la question pour pouvoir soulager les populations, qui sont confrontées à cette problématique”.

Daniel,Acho que a medida foi errada, pois investigação com o conhecimento do investigado nunca vai dar certo. O inquérito policial faz parte da fase inquisitorial do nosso sistema jurÃdico penal e os investigados não deveriam ter acesso ao IP. Isso só favorecerá a bandidagem. A fase judicial, essa sim, garante a ampla defesa.É mais uma medida absurda do STF no sentido contrário de se fazer justiça. Primeiro foram as algemas, agora o inquérito. É lamentável.
