La période de précampagne des législatives du 30 juillet démarre ce vendredi, a indiqué mercredi le Conseil national de régulation de l’audiovisuel (Cnra). L’instance de régulation rappelle que cette période s’étend du vendredi 9 juin 2017 à 00 heure au samedi 8 juillet 2017 à minuit. Durant la période des 30 jours précédant la campagne électorale, est interdite toute propagande déguisée ayant pour support les médias nationaux publics ou privés, souligne le Cnra qui cite les dispositions du Code électoral. Ce texte vise «toute manifestation ou déclaration publique de soutien à un candidat ou à un parti politique ou coalition de partis politiques, faite directement ou indirectement par toute personne ou association ou groupement de personnes, quelle qu’en soit la qualité, la nature ou le caractère».
