Il y a aussi l’enclavement de certaines zones obligeant les populations à faire de grands détours pour rallier des localités pourtant proches géographiquement.
“Il en est ainsi des localités de Mbédiène et Sagatta séparées de 12 km mais les populations sont obligées de passer par Kébémer pour les joindre”, a expliqué le gouverneur.
Le gouverneur identifie aussi un problème de répartition des infrastructures socio-économiques de base lésant certaines localités par rapport à d’autres.
A ce sujet il cite le département de Linguère naguère dépourvu de forages et autres infrastructures, une anomalie en passe d’être résolue par le Programme d’urgence de développement communautaire (PUDC) ainsi que d’autres projets mis en place par le régime actuel.
L’Acte 3 de la décentralisation a pour mission de combattre toutes ces incohérences, selon le gouverneur qui salue la démarche de l’Agence nationale d’aménagement du territoire (ANAT) qui démarre par Louga un processus qui va la mener dans toutes les régions pour partager le bilan diagnostic.
