L’affaire de la « chemise arrachée » du directeur des ressources humaines d’Air France revient ce lundi 12 mars devant la justice. Devant la cour d’appel de Paris, 12 salariés et ex-salariés de la compagnie aérienne doivent répondre de violences et dégradations commises en 2015 lors d’un Comité central d’entreprise. Mais cette fois-ci, le contexte a changé et la compagnie est désormais soucieuse de tourner la page.
En première instance, trois prévenus avaient écopé de 3 et 4 mois de prison avec sursis. Un sérieux avertissement pour une chemise arrachée.
En 2015 le climat social était tendu, Air France perdait de l’argent. Le 5 octobre 2015 lors d’un Comité central d’entreprise, la situation dégénère. Xavier Broseta, le DRH, était venu exposer un plan d’économies.
Violemment pris à partie, il avait du fuir sous les huées, torse nu. Les images du DRH et d’un collaborateur escaladant un grillage pour échapper à la colère des salariés ont fait le tour du monde.
Depuis la situation s’est apaisée. L’entreprise va nettement mieux, et désormais Air France regrette que ce procès se poursuive, imposant à toutes les victimes de se replonger dans ces évènements, indique la compagnie dans un communiqué.
Cette fois encore les avocats de la défense comptent plaider qu’en verrouillant l’accès à son siège, Air France a pu exciter la colère des manifestants et porte donc une part de responsabilité dans ces violences.
La compagnie a d’ailleurs retenu la leçon : désormais les réunions avec les syndicats n’ont plus lieu à Roissy, mais à Paris par crainte de nouveaux débordements.
