Il prévoit de faire un plan directeur d’urbanisme pour schématiser les recommandations du guide religieux. Au centre de la cité, il prévoit de construire un Coeur de ville, qui va abriter des maisons des hôtes, des salles de conférence, un esplanade autour de la mosquée”, a annoncé le ministre de l’Intérieur.
