Il est difficile de concevoir une route, un aéroport, un grand projet structurant où même des travaux de réhabilitation qui engloutissent des centaines de milliards FCFA et qui, 3 ou 4 ans après livraison, tombent en décrépitude. C’est inconcevable ! Raison pour laquelle, l’Association des Consommateurs du Sénégal (Ascosen) invite l’Etat à mettre en place un service qui contrôle les contrôleurs. Ces structures doivent garantir la qualité de service des commandes de l’Etat pour améliorer la qualité de vie des usagers sénégalais. Et si elle n’est pas au rendez-vous, elles doivent être sanctionnées», estime Momath Cissé, vice-président de l’Ascosen.
