Ce dernier l’accuse d’être le plénipotentiaire du Mouvement des forces démocratiques de la Casamance (Mfdc).
Et Pierre Goudiaby Atépa a saisi Me Bamba Cissé, son avocat, pour défendre son honneur, rapporte « L’As ».
L’architecte avait déclaré connaître les auteurs des tueries de Bofa Bayotte en Casamance. Ainsi, le Grand Serigne de Dakar avait qualifié de crime l’assassinat de 14 personnes à Bofa dans le sud du pays. Dans la foulée, Serigne Makhtar Diop avait accusé Pierre Goudiaby Atepa d’être un rebelle. Cette déclaration avait suscité la colère de l’architecte.
