C’est une loi, une loi est faite pour être appliquée. Ce n’est pas à moi de vous dire si une loi est mauvaise ou si elle est bonne. Je signale que ce n’est pas la seule structure soumise à cette disposition. Il y en a d’autres telles que le Fonsis. Ils sont dans le secteur financier et dans le secteur bancaire quelque part.
