« C’est honteux pour Mary Teuw Niane de fuir l’Ucad »

La visite déprogrammée de Mary Teuw Niane à l’Université Cheikh Anta Diop fait encore soulever des voix. Actunet s’est entretenu avec un membre du Mouvement Campus 2 H, Mansour Sène. Pour lui, si le ministre de l’Enseignement supérieur est déclaré persona non grata à l’Ucad, c’est « parce qu’il ne respecte pas les étudiants », indique-t-il.  Et à son avis, « il est honteux de voir un ministre de l’Enseignement supérieur qui n’ose pas mettre les pieds à l’université».

Poursuivant, l’étudiant activiste estime que « Mary Teuw Niane doit faire ses devoirs envers les étudiants. Quand on est en face d’une autorité  irresponsable  on agit de manière irresponsable. Par ailleurs nous nous préparons à aller à une éventuelle grève. Comment peut-il (Mary Teuw Niane) penser mettre ses pieds dans cette université, alors qu’il ne se préoccupe pas de la vie des  étudiants ».
