Il faut dire que l’enquête, ouverte et bâclée par le comité olympique japonais sur un paiement de 2 millions de $ destiné à « Black Tidings » pour l’organisation ds JO-2020 de Tokyo, reprise par l’office anti-fraude de Singapour, a permis de démasquer ledit associé de Massata Diack.
Tan Tong Han, durant son audition, a livré un faux témoignage. Il a ainsi menti sur une somme de 547.819 $ transférée du compte bancaire de Pamodzi Consulting Sarl, détenue par Massata Diack, vers « Black Tidings ».
