Le 21 février passé, la conférence des Chefs D’État de la Cedeao a entériné la proposition du conseil des ministres de la même organisation sous régionale de nomination de Kimélabalou Aba au poste de DG du Giaba. Hier dans les locaux de l’institution la passation de service entre ce dernier et le DG sortant a eu lieu.
