Expresso Sénégal veut être dans le quotidien des Sénégalais et pour cela la compagnie de téléphonie compte sur sa dernière innovation E-Money son service de transfert de transfert d’argent.
Il a fallu du temps, mais maintenant Expresso s’y met. La troisième compagnie de téléphonie mobile du Sénégal se lance dans le service financier mobile au Sénégal avec E-Money. Sa dernière innovation qui a pour ambition d’entrer dans le quotidien des Sénégalais. « Ce nouveau service bénéficiera à tous nos clients et à tous les segments de la société sénégalaise. Expresso a l’intention d’accroître l’inclusion financière en fournissant des services financiers de bout en bout et à un coût abordable. La vision de notre Groupe est d’être à la pointe des entreprises avec l’ambition de permettre à notre continent africain de se transformer et de se développer dans l’économie numérique. Pour nous, cette vision passe par la mise en place de services de télécommunication, tant pour les consommateurs que pour les entreprises, qui permettront de réduire la fracture numérique, d’améliorer l’efficacité de l’entreprise et de mieux-vivre pour la société », a déclaré Abdalla Saeed, le Directeur Général d’Expresso Sénégal. E-Money fournira non seulement les services bancaires standards de transferts d’argent, de paiements de factures et de produits télécoms, mais, permettra également aux clients d’Expresso d’avoir accès à un large éventail de services financiers et autres services aux citoyens à travers la plate-forme numérique.
L’ambition d’Expresso, selon madame Fatou Sow Kane, est de promouvoir une plateforme financière digitale inclusive pour tous les citoyens sénégalais, qui permettra de bénéficier des services liés à l’administration publique, mais pas que cela. « Expresso veut être dans la vie quotidienne des Sénégalais. C’est pour cela que l’E-MoneyChat est important parce qu’on veut accompagner les jeunes, qui sont un peu « addicts » aux réseaux sociaux. Nous allons intégrer le payement E-Money à travers tous les réseaux sociaux ; Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat, WeChat, toutes ces applications qui sont aujourd’hui utilisées par les Sénégalais. On va y intégrer E-Money pour que durant la discussion entre amis ou membres de la même famille qu’on puisse effectuer un transfert instantané sans pour autant sortir de la discussion du réseau social. C’est une innovation qu’on apporte au Sénégal et au-delà. Le transfert international est aussi très important, car il permet à l’immigré sénégalais de pouvoir payer les vivres de ses parents grâce à Expresso et la famille bénéficiera d’une livraison gratuite grâce à notre partenariat avec UNACOIS », a fait savoir la directrice des projets stratégiques chez expresso Sénégal.
