Les autorités sénégalaises ont fini de filer le marché de la restauration des étudiants de l’Ucad à une entreprise française. Il s’agit de « Ansamble », un société créé par René Lancien, en 1978 à Vanne (France). L’information est du journal Source A, consulté par Actunet.
La même source précise que dès cette année 2018, « Ansamble » va occuper le Restaurant Argentin de l’Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar. L’entreprise française a déjà procédé à la réhabilitation des lieux et à l’installation de ses appareils.
