L’ancien ministre de l’Education, Kalidou Diallo s’est prononcé sur le bras de fer entre le gouvernement et les organisations syndicales enseignantes. En prélude à la rencontre de vendredi prochain, qualifiée de celle de la dernière chance, entre les deux parties avec le Premier ministre, Mouhammad Boun Abdallah Dionne, il suggère au gouvernement de discuter avec toutes les organisations syndicales enseignantes pour éviter d’autres problèmes.
« Je me félicite de la décision du gouvernement de rencontrer les organisations syndicales enseignantes vendredi prochain”, a, d’emblée, salué l’initiative du chef du gouvernement, avant de s’interroger sur l’issue de cette rencontre.
En effet, précise l’ancien ministre de l’Education, cette rencontre aura lieu dans un contexte très « difficile » de post élection de représentativité syndicale à laquelle sur 97.000 enseignants inscrits dans le fichier, seuls 64.000 ont voté. Les 33.000 enseignants qui n’ont pas voté et les syndicats exclus de toutes négociations avec le gouvernement peuvent être sources d’autres tensions.
“C’est pourquoi, a-t-il suggéré au gouvernement de discuter avec toutes les organisations syndicales enseignantes. Ainsi, il y aura mois de problèmes”.
Et de rappeler : “en son temps, j’avais prévenu qu’il fallait amener le pourcentage jusqu’à 5% pour avoir une meilleure représentativité sinon les exclus vont créer d’autres problèmes qui risquent de tout mettre en cause”.
