Décryptage et rétrospective qui révèlent une année bariolée – à l’image d’une peau de léopard – dans laquelle, d’encourageantes fulgurances (assez rares) côtoient des stagnations décourageantes et des reculs décevants (assez nombreux) dans beaucoup de domaines.
