Macky Sall ouvre la semaine nationale de la jeunesse

Le Président Macky Sall a lancé le week-end dernier au Stade Alassane Djigo de Pikine le démarrage officiel des activités de la Semaine nationale de la jeunesse. C’était en présence de nombreux jeunes venus des quatorze (14) régions. Du rond-point de la Cité Lobat Fall au Stade Alassane Djigo, le Président Sall a été accueilli par une foule immense. La Semaine nationale de la jeunesse est un cadre d’expression, d’échanges et de fraternité entre jeunes venus de divers endroits. Ils vont développer des actions citoyennes. «Nous jeunes, nous nous engageons à restaurer les valeurs du Sénégal pour un Sénégal émergent», ont-ils clamé en chœur devant Macky Sall.

Cependant, les jeunes ont exposé leurs doléances qui ont pour nom : manque de formation, insertion, emploi des jeunes, absence dans les instances de décision etc. Revenant sur les efforts consentis à l’endroit de la jeunesse, le Président Sall a rassuré les jeunes que le gouvernement ne ménagera aucun effort pour les permettre de construire leur avenir à la hauteur de leurs espérances. «Pour ma part, je veillerai à ce que chaque jeune puisse réaliser ses rêves», a-t-il laissé entendre. Selon le chef de l’État, l’option de faire du capital humain un levier important du Plan Sénégal émergent (Pse), a pour objectif d’offrir à la jeunesse une éducation et une formation de qualité, en vue de lui garantir une insertion socio professionnelle.
