Sur la polémique soulevée par l’ancien Premier ministre Idrissa Seck pour une publication des accords gaziers entre le Sénégal et la Mauritanie, il a rappelé en guise d’exemple qu’au Ghana les contrats miniers sont discutés et approuvés par l’Assemblée avant que le Président ne les signe. Cela permet une plus grande transparence, assure t’il. « Et dans cet affaire de gaz, ce n’est pas simple, mais il faut plus de transparence, et plus d’information » a-t-il laissé entendre.
