Mamadou Lamine Diallo, leader de Tekki, économiste et député, a déclaré dans sa question économique de la semaine que, le pouvoir actuelle a caché 406 à 481 milliards d’arriérés intérieurs.
« Je n’invente aucun chiffre. Je me base sur leurs chiffres bidonnés hélas. Tout le monde se plaint des créances impayées sur l’Etat du Sénégal, c’est un secret de polichinelle » a-t-il exprimé.
M. Diallo a indiqué que lorsque l’opposition a demandé au Gouvernement la raison pour « le gonflement à 16868 milliards de l’autorisation d’emprunter du président de la République dans la loi de finances 2018 » , il est devenu clair que « le gouvernement des ‘sur-doués’ de BBY accumule des arriérés intérieurs ».
