Diallo a indiqué que lorsque l’opposition a demandé au Gouvernement la raison pour « le gonflement à 16868 milliards de l’autorisation d’emprunter du président de la République dans la loi de finances 2018 » , il est devenu clair que « le gouvernement des ‘sur-doués’ de BBY accumule des arriérés intérieurs ».
