Le roi du Maroc, Mohammed VI, a été opéré du cœur lundi dans une clinique parisienne, à la suite d’un “trouble du rythme cardiaque”, a annoncé un communiqué officiel.
Le souverain, âgé de 54 ans “a présenté le samedi 20 janvier 2018 un trouble du rythme cardiaque”, ses médecins avaient conclu à un “flutter auriculaire sur cœur sain” et il a subi l’opération “avec succès”, a précisé le communiqué de l‘équipe médicale.
“L’ablation par radiofréquence de cette arythmie, réalisée ce jour à la clinique Ambroise Paré à Paris a permis de normaliser le rythme cardiaque”, selon ce communiqué diffusé par l’agence marocaine MAP.
Mohammed VI “reprendra ses activités normales sans restriction aucune” à l’issue d’une période de repos “prescrite par ses médecins traitants”, selon le communiqué.
