Sa victime, qui conduisait un véhicule non muté, a fait face au redoutable « Lieutenant Mbengue ». Après contrôle, il lui intime l’ordre de le suivre vers le « dépôt ». Mais après quelques kilomètres de route, Mbengue s’est arrêté pour entamer une négociation.
