D’après Moustapha Guirassy, l’implication et l’engagement de la Première Dame ne doivent pas mettre à l’écart les véritables acteurs. “Je parle avec beaucoup de prudence car j’ignore ce qui s’est réellement passé, mais la situation me gène. Donc globalement, je suis resté sur ma faim et j’interpelle l’Etat sur la nécessité de revenir sur cette question lorsqu’il y aura plus d’accalmie pour aller dans le sens d’une transformation profonde du système. C’est là, l’attente des parents, des élèves, des Sénégalais. On ne peut pas parler d’émergence sans régler cette question du développement du capital humain qui passe forcement par une qualité de l’éducation”, souligne-t-il.
