Quelle mouche a piqué un éducateur d’une telle renommée pour ainsi tenir de tels propos? L’excuse de la provocation est-elle suffisante pour disculper les prédateurs sexuels qui rôdent autour de nos enfants et de nos femmes?
Quand un éducateur nourrit un tel état esprit et arrive à le dire dans une émission sans aucune réelle indignation… Il y’a de quoi s’inquiéter. Ne s’arrêtant point dans son argumentaire, le professeur renchérit que : « Au moment où d’innocents violeurs prennent dix ans de prison, les jeunes provocatrices s’en tirent sans égratignure« . Comme si en s’habillant de manière indécente, les jeunes filles cherchent à être violées forcément. Ne donnez pas raison à ces détraqués mentaux et ne leur trouver pas une excuse inexcusable!
Alors que dans le droit sénégalais, le viol est une agression sexuelle impliquant, selon l’article 320 du Code pénal, «tout acte de pénétration sexuelle, de quelque nature qu’il soit, commis sur la personne d’autrui par violence, contrainte, menace ou surprise». Les mots ont leur sens.
Le viol est une infraction de dimension criminelle qui laisse des séquelles même sur la victime. Dans monde masochiste, les idées décalées du « professeur » sont entretenues par des traditions ancestrales, qui, elles persistent au détriment des victimes. En milieu Mandingue, par exemple, après un viol, la victime risquait un traitement stigmatisant et une marginalisation. Le viol était comme une malédiction contre laquelle toute femme était tenue de se battre toute sa vie durant pour éviter d’en être victime.
