Ce qui s’est passé à Touba où un jeune de 8 ans a été égorgé et un autre du même âge violé et tué à Dakar, est assez illustratif de ce que nous venons d’avancer. Ces actes barbares que les autorités publiques ne cessent de dénoncer et qui risquent de se multiplier, s’inscrivent dans la nocivité d’une période de précampagne où tous les excès sont permis.
