Le comité directeur du Parti démocratique sénégalais (Pds) réuni ce mercredi 3 janvier 2018, a demandé au Secrétaire Général National, Maître Abdoulaye Wade, de constituer un pool d’avocats sénégalais et internationaux, afin de porter plainte contre le Premier Ministre Mahammed Boun Abdallah Dionne pour faux et usage de faux.
Dans un communiqué dont copie nous est parvenue, l’instance dirigeante du Pds indique que «suite aux déclarations de l’ancien Premier ministre (Aminata Touré) portant sur 254 milliards de FCFA, le gouvernement a repris un article de presse et annoncé avoir encaissé 152,9 milliards de F.CFA qui ne concernent nullement les procédures soumises à la Cour de Répression de l’Enrichissement Illicite (CREI), ressuscitée par Macky Sall« .
« Il s’agit d’un montage grossier pour faire oublier les soupçons de corruption dans l’affaire Mittal, dans laquelle le gouvernement a fait perdre à notre pays la somme de 2.325 milliards, en se contentant de recevoir la modique somme de 75 milliards. Macky Sall et son ministre des Mines d’alors, actuel ministre de l’intérieur, s’en expliqueront devant les Sénégalais le moment venu« , souligne le communiqué.
« Devant un maquillage aussi grossier qu’indigne d’un gouvernement, poursuit le texte, le Comité Directeur demande au Secrétaire Général National Adjoint d’initier, en relation avec l’UJTL, une pétition nationale pour demander la démission immédiate du Premier ministre qui a fait du faux et manqué à ses devoirs constitutionnels de transparence et de bonne gouvernance « .
