Madeleine Alingué et Djibergui Rosine Amane, deux femmes nommées ministres dans le nouveau gouvernement du Tchad sont au centre de toutes les conversations. La raison, elles ont défié la procédure d’investiture ancrée dans la nouvelle Constitution du pays.
Ce jeudi 10 mai était consacré au Tchad à la prestation de serment des ministres du nouveau gouvernement, comme recommandée par la Constitution récemment adoptée. Le Conseil supérieur des Affaires islamiques a alors préparé une formule toute faite en tenant compte soit de la religion chrétienne ou musulmane.
Sauf que, devant l’auditoire, les ministres Madeleine Alingué et Djibergui Rosine Amane ont préféré modifié leurs serments en raison de leur appartenance religieuse.
La première, la ministre de la Communication et porte-parole du gouvernement, Madeleine Alingué, a préféré promettre à Dieu, et non à Allah, de travailler pour la nation. Mais ce choix n’a pas été du goût du président de la Cour suprême qui a demandé à la ministre de disposer si elle ne voulait pas se conformer strictement au texte du serment.
