L’année 2018 à peine a-t-elle démarré que les attentats se poursuivent en Afghanistan où la sécurité se détériore chaque jour un peu plus. Au moins 11 personnes ont été tuées jeudi dans une attaque-suicide à Kaboul, une vingtaine d’autres blessées. Les victimes sont des civils et des policiers.
La tension était palpable tout au long de la journée dans le district numéro 9 de la capitale. La police avait perquisitionné plusieurs échoppes, soupçonnant certains commerçants de s’adonner au trafic de drogue et d’alcool, prohibé dans la République islamique d’Afghanistan.
Des échauffourées ont éclaté, un homme a été tué, un autre blessé, déclenchant la colère des commerçants qui ont entamé une manifestation spontanée.
