XALIMANEWS : A l’occasion du huitième jour du procès de la caisse d’avance de la mairie de Dakar, Khalifa Sall a sollicité auprès du tribunal la relaxe de l’ensemble de ses Co-prévenus parce qu’il juge que le procès est purement politique et ne vise que sa personne, rapporte nos confrères de Dakar matin.
A la barre, l’édile de Dakar a soutenu n’avoir jamais touché un franc de l’argent de la mairie et que cet argent dont la justice fait état relève des fonds politiques.
En ce qui concerne sa détention, Khalifa révèle que c’est parce qu’il a refusé les offres politiques du président de la République Macky Sall en juin et septembre 2012 qu’il en est là. A rappeler qu’après le rejet des exceptions, le tribunal présidé par le juge Malick Lamotte est à fond dans le dossier. Actuellement, c’est Me Fatou Traoré qui est la barre.
