Rappelons quand même que c’est à la suite de dix-huit mois de fouille dans sa gestion, qu’un inspecteur général d’Etat a déposé son rapport à qui de droit.Rappelons aussi que cet inspecteur général, un certain M. Camara, aurait déjà fait valoir ses droits à une pension de retraite et serait un ami du Président du Haut Conseil des Collectivités territoriales (HCCT). Il a été nommé d’ailleurs Secrétaire général de cette institution dès qu’il a bouclé son travail de fouille à la Mairie de Dakar.
Le Rapport de M. Camara n’a pas connu le triste sort de ses nombreux devanciers : souffrir le martyre sous le coude pesant du président-politicien. Il a été transmis, avec une diligence inhabituelle et suspecte au Procureur de la République. Ce dernier, avec la même diligence, le transmet au juge pendant que, sur son bureau, gisent nombre d’autres dossiers qui mettent gravement en cause des proches du président-politicien. Parmi ces dossiers, celui qui accable le Directeur général du COUD. Dans ma précédente contribution, j’ai passé en revue quelques-uns de ses forfaits.
